The Service & Courtesy Award of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association is often being described as the Oscar Award in the Servicing Industry.
This year, Matchy Ma, our Principal Consultant and the award-winning speaker in Toastmasters International, provided training and coaching to three contestants from a Well-known Local Catering Copmany in pursuit of the Service & Courtesy Award. Through a series of interactive learning and coaching sessions, contestants were able to reveal their passions about customer service and rebuild their strengths in serving both internal and external customers. While all contestants were able to enter the final round of the competition, one of them even got the Distinctions Award in the Supervisor Category. Congratulations.
