It is detrimental to one who inhibits talents and changes. Talent Academy, through its strength-based development program, has recently given a two-day training to a MNC retail brand. The training program focused on change and strength-based development.
The first day of the program focused on change and leadership attributes development. Through fruitful discussions and lively activities, many participants reported feeling especially relaxed and inspired in the art jamming session. In the second day of the program, participants were guided to unleash and leverage strengths through a highly valid assessment tool -StrengthsFinder. They discovered their top talents and were trained to invest their talents into strengths in an interactive and inspiring way. We can see every participant was rejoicing in and fully engaged in all activities and the discussions conducted were in-depth.
