Communicating with Impact

What contributes to impactful communication? A key message, an organized structure, a right tonality, or the appropriate body language? In fact, all these matter.

In this one-day “Communicating with Impact” program, a group of underwriters from the insurance industry came together to learn and practice the essential communication skills in order to deliver messages with impact. Apart from learning these essential communication skills, participants also learnt two important techniques to further strengthen the impact of their communication, namely “One Thought One Person” and “Power Pose”.

Our participants are practicing the “Power Pose” technique in a group.
