Aristotle, one of the world’s greatest ancient philosophers, passed the influencing wisdom to us through his masterpiece “On Rhetoric”. Talent Academy has recently delivered an influencing skills program to a well-known commercial bank. Through the program, the trainees learnt how to apply Aristotle’s three steps to influence to communicate others with empathy, persuasiveness and assertiveness. During this interactive session, they went through a number of in-depth discussions and had a chance to put the theories into practice through case studies and role-play.
