We’re proud to share that Talent Academy has been awarded the “Longevity Partnership Award” by the Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences, City University of Hong Kong, in recognition of our 10-year commitment to their Summer Internship Programme.
Since 2015, we’ve had the honour of mentoring and supporting bright psychology majors as they step into the workplace. Many of them have grown into dedicated professionals—contributing meaningfully to organisations and society. Some we still keep in touch with to this day.
As the Chinese saying goes,「十年樹木,百年樹人。」
To nurture talent is to plant seeds that grow with time, patience, and purpose.
This award is a shared honour.
👏 Thank you to all our team members, mentors, and partners Christopher Lee Edith Lam Fonnie Wong, ICF-PCC CoachKaty Mok Joshua Voon EVA YEE KWAN IP Hillman Chung Aalok GuptaBenson Pang who have walked this journey with us—investing in the next generation of psychology talent.
Christopher, our Principal Consultant, proudly received the award on behalf of the Talent Academy team.
Here’s to many more years of partnership, purpose, and people development.
