Learn from the Best of Best via the Leadership Game

In the world of leadership, who’s your favourite leadership guru? Is it Dr. Stephen Covey with his "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, Marshall Goldsmith “What’ get you here wont’ get you there”, Peter Drucker’s timeless wisdom on Leadership & Management, Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle of Why,  Dr. John Maxwell with his "21 Laws of Leadership" or else?

There’s a saying, “If you have to learn, learn from the best.” Back in 2015, my partner and I took that to heart and flew all the way to the USA to attend the John Maxwell Leadership Certification program. We were eager to absorb his insights and share them with leaders in various organizations. While we didn’t actively promote it at the time, we seamlessly integrated many of Maxwell’s principles into our programs, including “5 Levels of Leadership,” “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect,” and “15 Invaluable Laws of Growth.”

Recently, our great partner, Stanley Chiu—a certified John Maxwell Trainer—brought the John Maxwell program to a multi-national insurance company. This program featured the latest John Maxwell Leadership Game.

18 executives from different cities, connecting both in person and online (Hybrid Mode), engaged in a fun, interactive, and thought-provoking team-building exercise. The feedback has been positive, and we’re thrilled to see the impact.

The John Maxwell Leadership Game isn’t just any game—it’s a game-changer. Here’s why:

🗣 Engage Your Team Like Never Before: The game’s thought-provoking questions ignite open dialogue, build trust, and deepen team connections.

🧠 Think Bigger, Think Better: Challenge your assumptions and expand your strategic thinking by exploring diverse leadership scenarios.

🌱 Embrace a Growth Mindset: Identify strengths and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

🤝 Boost Accountability: Learn how to hold yourself and your team accountable in a supportive and constructive way, while building each other up.
