Corporate Social Responsibility is always part of our DNA at Talent Academy. Over the years, we have been aspiring to bring about positive changes to the society and make meaningful impact on the communities that we work. Talent Academy recently made a pledge to support Heep Hong’s Flag Day and has become their online corporate volunteer.
Heep Hong Society is a children education and rehabilitation organization that is committed to helping children and youths with diverse needs. Last year, we sponsored their production of Heep Hong Society’s Charity Calendar, and the proceeds of the sales all went to subsidizing special needs children from low income families to receive professional assessment and timely training. In Nov 2020, we were invited by them to conduct a job interview skills training for a group of autistic youths. Through the training intervention and virtual mock job interviews, we are able to enhance their social-pragmatic skills that are essential to successful job interviews in the hope of enabling them to lead independent, successful lives.
