Our training team was so excited to have facilitated the Orbis Team Offsite Program 2022, with the theme of “Embracing Changes with Adaptability and Resilience”.
Apart from incorporating the principles of positive psychology about growth mindsets into the program, we also applied the famous creative thinking technique “SCAMPER” to stimulate participants’ creativity for breakthrough ideas in hopes of coping with the ever-changing environment in the NGO sector.
To practise what we preached, we adopted the SCAMPER technique to re-design the training room in order to fuel it with positive energy. A refreshing, vibrant learning atmosphere is definitely conducive to positive engagement and active participation for ideation and brainstorming.
