Had the pleasure of working with the senior management team at Metro Sourcing recently—a truly diverse group with members from different corners of the globe. Our mission? To crack the code of cross-generational collaboration, a challenge that’s become essential in today’s workplace.
Our Principal Consultant, Christopher, guided the team through a journey of understanding how different generations tick. From Boomers to Gen Z, each brings something unique to the table. The conversations were rich, the insights were profound, and yes, there were a few “aha” moments that had us all nodding in agreement.
