Apprentice Program - More than a Training


What are these young people doing with the “Sticks”?


It's been seven years since we began supporting the "Apprentice Program" for a group of young Technical Trainees. From their onboarding, mentoring, and growth, to their development through competence building and team activities, leading to their final graduation.


To cater to the learning style of this youthful group, we've crafted experiential training activities, incorporating the simple principle of “Do Feel Learn”. Participants engage in hands-on learning experiences (Stick is one of the experiential learning activities), reflecting on their feelings, and then linking these lessons to real-world applications.


Credit is given to my working partner, Christopher, whose adept facilitation skills have elevated programs across various organizational levels. His passion and experience in nurturing young talent truly set him apart.


The younger generation represents the future of the workforce. Investing in them is investing in the future of the organization.
