One of the Forbes Articles 14 Employee Well-Being Initiatives That Will Boost Engagement And Productivity, which was published in July 2017, revealed that there has been a growing number of U.S. businesses shifting their focus from employee recreation programs to well-being initiatives. They believe that these initiatives would further enhance workforce’s emotional and mental health, social connectivity, sense of fulfilment on the job, etc.

Workplace health and well-being programs not only have a positive impact on employees’ fitness, both mentally and physically, but they can also enhance team’s engagement, cohesiveness and overall productivity.

Talent Academy has been designing and delivering a series of well-being programs to employees of a wide range of corporations. This time, we partnered with Mr. Anthony Lee, a World-Class Fitness Trainer and Hong Kong Karate Representative, to boost the mind and body of employees through positive psychology and physical well-being skills. Employees learnt a number of practical physical fitness tips and exercises, which they could easily practice at workstations and at home.
