Hillman has assumed a leadership role in Human Resources over 30 years in various business environments including hotels, food and beverage operations, estate management, transportation services and resort establishment.  In professional training, Hillman worked for a Global Consultant Firm where he delivered licensed management programs for corporations and government bodies.

As the leader of Human Resources, Hillman has assisted several property developers including Great Eagle Holdings, Hopewell Holdings and Hutchison Whampoa Properties to open new hotels, serviced apartments and large scaled food & beverage operations in Hong Kong and China. 


He is highly experienced in identifying company's unique vision, mission and values, selection and recruitment of a management team, the design of a full spectrum of human resources policies, creation and implementation of training programs, establishing performance management system and the implement of internal operation systems.  Through his strategic manpower planning and personal involvement, all the new business units were able to meet their business targets within a short period.

Hillman’s unique experience and strong corporate background has developed him into a professional Human Resources leader with a strong business sense and strategic mindset. He brings thoughtful insight to the training programs and inspires participants to apply their learning into business application which has brought positive results to their organizations.

Hillman is a sport lover.


He is a leisure diver and enjoys challenging himself in different activities.


Recently, he quitted from the soccer field and rejuvenates himself in the running track. In January 2015, he was ranked as the top 3% runner in Standard Chartered Half Marathon.

To pursue professional knowledge in fitness, Hillman is currently studying Personal Trainer Program under National Academy of Sports Medicine.
