Aon Hong Kong, by no exception, continue to look for better and different ways to equip its managers with the capabilities to lead and manage people and team effectively, which in turn are crucial in serving the customers and delivering exceptional business results.

 

Partnering with Talent Academy, a series of well-designed leadership modules were customized to equip the leaders to engage, connect and develop their people and teams. The learning modules include “Leadership Foundation”, “Leadership Connection”, “Leadership Coaching”, and “Leadership & Fostering Teamwork”.

 

Throughout the 6-month leadership journey, the leaders did not only equip with the positive leadership mindset and capabilities to lead, but also build up a strong internal network to further support each others to grow.

 

With the success of the leadership development programs, Talent Academy was invited to deliver the program to more leaders. At the same time, we were invited to design and deliver a series of positive well-being series for the general staff, with the goals to build up the positive mindset and emotions of the employees.
