ABOUT DORIS KWONG
Doris has over 15 years of learning and talent development experiences in MNCs. She is competent in leadership, business and personal skills training programmes. She has broad experience in working with different culture and has strong business acumen to provide appropriate solutions to business partners.
Doris begins her career in auditing at KPMG. She found herself passionate in people development and moved into training role since 1999.
At HSBC and Dah Sing Financial Group, Doris involved in many bank-wide L&D initiatives, e.g. she presented a Change programme for all Branch Managers, established a Management Development Curriculum to grow the business and consultancy skills of IT leaders, developed the career development roadmaps for major job families at the bank.
At Langham Hospitality Group, she launched the first high flyer programme to groom future General Managers at worldwide hotels. She was the pioneer in designing the group’s signature Customer Service Training programme.

With over 15 years of experience as internal consultant, Doris starts to work as an external consultant in 2014.
She aspires to work with corporations and individuals to share management wisdom and experiences to help them grow and excel in their capabilities.
Doris is a dedicated mother with a 8-year old boy and a 6-year old girl. She is passionate in parenting and is going to pursue a development programme to become a Certified Family Coach.
She aspires to coach parents and teenagers in building harmonious relationships and tighter bonding among each other.
