Daniel was formerly a social worker. He utilizes his specific social work skills to enhance employees’ effectiveness and  satisfaction in workplace. He is well experience in designing and conducting training program on communications, customer relations, coaching, teambuilding, job motivation, emotion quotient, hypnotherapy for stress management, enneagram, employee counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and other personal development programs.

Daniel applies experiential learning concepts and coaching techniques to create positive change and uses his social work knowledge and training to meet the needs of dual clients—the employee and the employer. Over the years, he has served different commercial and public institutions, such as MTR, HSBC, PCCW, CLP, Unilever HK Ltd, Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre, Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, Housing Authority, Vocational Training Council, Social Welfare Department, Labour Department, Hong Kong Fire Service, Employees Retraining Board, YMCA, YWCA, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Hong Kong Caritas, and so on.
