Leo is a Registered Organizational Psychologist; Corporate Trainer; Coach with 15 years of experience in Learning & Development. He has collaborated with consultancy firms, global corporates, and in-house management teams. Leveraging his expertise as an organizational psychologist and learning game designer, he analyzes talent needs and crafts impactful training solutions. Leo's portfolio includes partnerships with industry giants like McDonald’s, China Merchants Group, L'Oréal Group, and the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions, where he earned consistent positive feedback.

ACHIEVEMENTS

As an in-house L&D leader, he managed the training team of the largest entertainment corporate in Hong Kong and oversaw the L&D functions in the Asia Pacific region. During the acquisition of her major competitor in the market, Leo established a talent database to better manage the talent pools for the corporate. Additionally, he also led leader development programs, revamped new employee programs and a series of employer branding activities to help the corporate strengthen her competitiveness and ensure the acquisition was done smoothly.

Leo pursues his career to be an organizational psychologist, with a passion to introduce the best  HRM and L&D practices to the industry. With his knowledge in organizational psychology, he conducted a Job Analysis for an operation division of 1,000+ frontline staff, designed TNA and evaluation structure for a world-class property developer, advised on competency building and performance management for a Fortune 500 cosmetics and beauty company.
