Christopher has over 20 years of experience working as a Learning Professsional in MNCs. He is specialized in building strong services and sales culture, which translates into business results.
Christopher had successfully led the large scale organizational development projects to accelerate the business performance in both sales and services for several local and multi-national retailing companies. He had creatively designed intervention to uplift the service culture for team size up to 800.
In service and sales improvement, Christopher has been the Designer, Coach and Facilitator for Management team, L&D team and Frontline supervisor and staff in HK, Macau, China & Singapore. Projects delivered included Service & Sales Strategy, Service Competency Model, MSP set-up and improvement, VMV & Organization Cultural Development, Performance benchmarking and improvement, Staff Engagement Development, Talent Pipeline - Identification and development, Field coaching, Mentorship system, Award & Reward program, Train-the-Trainer, Training delivery and Communication.

Christopher served as Learning and Development Manager and specialist roles at The Dairy Farm Company Limited, Mannings, FANCL and Giordano.
Christopher was apprenticed to a Training Guru - Dr. David S Cheung, one of The Top 6 Asian Motivational Trainer since 2001. Inspired by David, Christopher loves training and continuously improves the training skill and technique in coaching and facilitation in workplace.
Christopher was the co-founder of a NGO – SiuFook Union since 2001 which primarily provide training and development service for Youth in HK.
The iconic project – SF Youth Leadership Development Programme has been provided more than 20+ 4-Day Training Camp for more than 1,000 youth in HK with more than 100,000 social service manhours.
With the personal motto in training, To serve Not to be served, Christopher enjoys developing tailor-made, learner focus, inspirational and practical training solutions for learners.
