Established in August 1992, China Everbright Bank is a financial institution implementing a client-centered and market-oriented strategy. The Bank is now covering 45 major cities of 23 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions with 37 tier-1 branches including Hong Kong and over 800 outlets in Mainland China.

 

With the establishment of the first overseas branch in Hong Kong in Feb 2013, China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch (CEBHK) has been building up the management team and the workforce. In the team formation stage, CEBHK realized the importance of strengthening the team bonding and their understanding about the company.

 

Talent Academy was invited by CEBHK to design and deliver the first-ever team development event for the whole Hong Kong Branch, covering everyone employed at that point of time. The team development served as a glue that bonded the whole team together, which in turn laid down a solid foundation for their progressive growth and expansion.

 

In 2015, CEBHK expanded its workforce 3 times since its establishment in 2013. As their trusted learning partner, Talent Academy was invited again to design and facilitate a team event, with the objectives to foster team alignment, can-do attitude, trust, and collaboration.
