She played a key role in trainer development and has worked to enhance trainer capabilities through accreditation and trainer coaching in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific.
She has had solid years of experience in various areas of banking including retail operations, branch management, corporate banking, systems development and human resources.
Anna has spearheaded a massive recruitment and selection project which involved screening, testing, interviewing and inducting hundreds of job applicants.
Anna is an experienced trainer, facilitator and people manager. Her strength as a subject matter expert in Leadership and Management Development accrued in more than 25 years as a business and people manager, leading teams of various sizes and diverse business areas.
Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in Management (cum laude). She is certified and accredited as a DDI Leadership Facilitator and Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People facilitator.
She is certified to administer Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DISC.
She is experienced in Assessment Center both as an assessor and a center manager.
Anna is a voracious reader and student of history, psychology, theater, arts and culture.
She is passionate about traveling and exploration. She loves to entertain friends and opens her kitchen for abbondanza lunch on most sundays.
